Terms of Service

Agreement between you and Navira Solutions LLC

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Navira Solutions provides healthcare practice technology including Patient CRM, EMR templates, rewards programs, and related tools. You are responsible for HIPAA compliance at your practice. See our Privacy Policy for data handling and Business Associate Agreement provisions.

2. Payment

Fees are billed according to your selected plan via Stripe. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes.

3. Termination

Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a data export within 30 days of your request.

4. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We provide technology tools, not medical or legal advice.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Franklin County, Ohio.

6. Changes
