4. Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to essential personnel.
5. Your Rights

6. HIPAA Business Associate Agreement
If you use our platform to store Protected Health Information (PHI):
- You are the Covered Entity responsible for HIPAA compliance at your practice
- We are your Business Associate and will use PHI only to provide our services
- Breach notification: We will notify you within 72 hours of discovering any security incident
- Termination: Upon request, we will export your data within 30 days and delete it within 90 days
7. Changes
We may update this policy with 30 days notice via email.
